  • Know you’re the approximate wt. of the load you will carry
  • Know how to report . . . overweight . . . issues and what you should do to be compliant with the DOT law.
  • Know how to recognize an overloaded truck viewing it from the outside

If you are concerned about overloading . . . talk to your supervisor  or the responsible supervisor at the company where you are loading concerning possible overloading.
