 Recommended Discipline*

*Assumes you have a viable, fleet safety program on which the employee has signed and has been filed:  STATEMENT OF ACCEPTANCE / AGREEMENT

First Offense:

  • Verbal Warning & Training recorded in their personnel file

Second Offense:

  • Written Warning with discipline up to (Suspension and/or Unpaid Training) and including Termination.

Third Offense:

  • Termination or Removal from Driving position

Reward systems are recommended because they encourage and raise up the proper behavior you want in your business culture.
